1.    From your computer, open browser and navigate to https://wall.wilmington.edu:4433/#/
2. Enter your network account username and password. Ensure the Domain is set to wilmington



3.    Use your Microsoft Authenticator app to scan the QR Code that has appeared on the screen.


4. You should now have an entry in your Authenticator called SNWL. Open it and enter the 2FA code in the field.



5.  Download and install the NetExtender App. You can skip this step if already installed. (You may need IT assistance if this is being done on your work device).




6.   Open the NetExtender app from your computer and enter the Server, network username, network password, and domain.  Enter the 2FA code from your Authenticator app to get connected.




7.     Enter the 2FA code from your Authenticator app to get connected.
